What are your shipping and processing times?

Canada: 8-18 days

Australia: 8-18 days

Oceania: 5-18 days

Europe: 5-18 days

Latin America: 8-20 days

Other Countries: 8-25 days

Processing Times:

Orders can sometimes take 2-4 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out. 

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out , you should receive a notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven’t received one or the tracking number doesn’t work, it’s okay. Contact us and we will fix it!
